As a Global Corporate Recruiter, you find the best and brightest (upcoming) talent in the industry. In this dedicated role, you and your HR colleagues will help to fill key positions all over the world. In addition to your recruitment activities, you also act as a sparring partner to our hiring managers. You are responsible for the entire hiring process, including optimizing the existing procedures, employee onboarding and maintaining contact with staffing centers. In this role, you are a true brand ambassador, communicating the company values to potential new candidates. Do you have an original take on HR and recruitment? Then we are looking for you!


  • You identify areas for improvement in processes related to hiring, onboarding and referrals.
  • You initiate steps to execute continuous improvements.
  • You initiate candidate sourcing initiatives to cultivate a first-class talent pool.
  • You maintain contact with all locations (worldwide) to ensure staffing needs are met.
  • You are the (first) point-of-contact for potential candidates applying to vacancies.
  • You ensure candidates are a good fit with the company culture.
  • You recruit new candidates and introduce them to hiring managers and assist in setting up job interviews.
  • You spar with Compliance to ensure candidates make it through the strict compliance requirements.
  • You participate in and attend events where (future) talent can be approached.
  • You are responsible for Employer Branding, especially towards (potential) candidates.
  • You are a brand ambassador to both your colleagues and new candidates.


  • You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment.
  • You have a can-do and optimistic attitude.
  • Experience in maintaining relations with third party staffing centers is a plus.
  • You take a systematic approach to your tasks and responsibilities.
  • You are fluent in Dutch & English. 


You get a permanent contract with a competitive salary matching your knowledge and experience. You have the option to partially work from home with flexible hours. When working full-time (40 hours), you have 29 days of paid leave and 13 ADV paid leave days per year. You get a company laptop and phone. You will be working in The People and Culture Team, which is spread out over two locations in the Netherlands (Hoofddorp and Woensdrecht), America and Singapore. The team consists of 4 HR Consultants, 2 HR Business partners, the head of HR Singapore and of course yourself, all of which report to the Director HR in the Netherlands.
